    Hugh Chatham offers a Cross Training and Boot Camp classes. Cross Training is a mix of weights and cardio exercises to help improve muscular strength and endurance and to help tone all areas of the body. A variety of functional exercises, targeting the large muscle groups, will be performed to make the body reach its potential. Boot Camp is the ultimate workout to get it done. If you lay it all out during this session, you’re bound to burn at least 500 calories by your last rep. Not to mention, this full-body strength and conditioning workout increases your metabolism so you'll continue to burn calories long after your session.
